Coordinated Referral Programs
Referral to the education program is made by the student's home school and approved by the Coordinated Referral Committee through Coordinated Access.
CHEO - Steps to Success — For children with complex mental health challenges in grades K-8.
Crossroads Children's Mental Health Centre — Services for children in grades 1-6 with severe emotional and self-regulation problems.
Roberts/Smart Centre - Fisher Park — Programming for children in grades 7-8 experiencing a severe behavioural and/or emotional crisis.
CHEO - Back on Track — This program for youth in grades 7-12 focuses on aiding students with severe and generalized social anxiety.
Roberts/Smart Centre - St. Paul — Programming for grade 9-12 students who are not able to be successful in a regular classroom due to mental health concerns, learning disabilities, and/or poor attendance.
ROMHC - Brookfield — Services for adolescents in grades 9-12 with serious psychiatric or mental health concerns.
